St. Jane De Chantal Children's Faith Formation program partners with parents to help their children develop a committed relationship with Jesus Christ, to accept the Christian message, and to live out their Catholic faith with service to others. It was a very successful turnout for the Elder Fraud Presentation that took place the morning of Thursday, June 6th in Caulfield Hall. With 35 people in attendance, detectives from the Montgomery County Police-Financial Crimes Section discussed various ways to protect ourselves from current financial scams. There were a lot of questions and interaction with the detectives, and all information handouts were gladly received by the attendees. Resources and reference materials have also been provided to us by the County police for those who attended, as well as for those who may have missed the presentation. This month of June, in lieu of the First Friday Adoration after morning Mass, we invite all to join us on Friday, June 7 at 7pm in church for a Holy Hour of Adoration. Together, we will be praying for Vocations and for the men of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington who will be ordained to the Priesthood on June 15, 2024.

Senior Citizens, caregivers, or other interested adults are invited to attend a presentation on Elder Fraud given by the Montgomery County Police-Financial Crimes Section, on Thursday, June 6 at 11am in Caulfield Hall. Hunger continues to be a daily burden for children and families in our community. We will be hosting our next Parish food drive on Saturday, June 8, 2024 between 10:00 am to 12:00 noon, at the front door entrance of the church facing Old Georgetown Rd. Our High School Youth Group will be hosting another Outdoor Mass and Movie night! Join us for Vigil Mass at 6:30pm on Saturday, May 11th at the Seton Center Outdoor Chapel. After mass we will show a family friendly movie. Bring your own blankets/chairs. Our teens will be selling movie snacks and water bottles as a fundraiser.

Join us during Fridays in Lent (except Good Friday) for Soup and Stations. A lite soup dinner will begin at 6:00 pm in Caufield Hall and will be accompanied by a spiritual reflection. This year’s reflections will focus on the reality and spirituality behind the Stations of the Cross. Each week we will dive deeply into a few of the Stations and meditate on those specific moments of Our Lord’s Passion. Then at 7:00 pm, we will pray the Stations of the Cross together in the Church. Please join us this Lent and make the spirituality of the Stations of the Cross a part of your Lenten practices.

Calling all men of the parish community! Join us every Saturday morning beginning February 17, for six consecutive weeks during Lent. Sodality invites the women of the parish to gather on Saturday, March 9, after the 8:30 Mass, in Caulfield Hall, as Father Morgan guides us on our Lenten journey. Father Morgan will speak on “Silence and Hearing the Voice of God”. The program will run from 9:10 - 10:00 am. We invite attendees to bring a canned good which will be contributed to the Parish Lenten Food Drive organized by St. Martin’s Cloak, also scheduled for March 9. Please join us!
