The Pastoral Council is starting a program to help Parishioners in their job search activities. If you are interested in helping others find a new job/career opportunity, OR you are seeking help in finding a new job, click here to learn more!

The Gabriel Project will collect needed items for pregnant mothers and their families that are struggling to make ends meet. In the narthex, a display crib has been set up where parishioners can place donations. These families make tough decisions based on foreseen needs for both their toddlers and for the future needs of their unborn child. Let us help them choose life. Click for more details.

Start the new year by joining a Scripture Study exploring the Book of Revelation—one of the most fascinating, symbolic, and hope-filled books of the Bible. Together we will look at its historical context, rich imagery, and message of Christ’s ultimate victory. No previous Bible study experience is needed. All are welcome. Let the least among us not be forgotten during the cold winter months. The Elizabeth Ann Seton Sodality Unit is collecting new underwear and socks to be distributed to the homeless and poor through the Bethesda Cares Clothing program around St. Valentine's Day. Thursday, November 27 is Thanksgiving. The only Mass at St. Jane will be celebrated at 10:30 am and our Poor Box will benefit St. Martin’s Cloak. The Parish Office will be closed on Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28. There will be NO Children's Liturgy on Saturday, November 29 during the 5pm vigil Mass.

Jump start Advent with a fun family tradition! Registrations are open for this year's Advent Wreath Workshop, which will take place after the 10 am Mass on November 30th in Caulfield Hall. Sodality invites women of the parish to “Share Your Hope” and join the Sodality Annual Women’s Retreat on Saturday, January 31st at the Franciscan Monastery in Washington, DC. Space is limited, so please register now to secure a spot! Click to view the flyer and registration information.

Several permanent changes to campus traffic flow, driveway use, and parking areas are underway. Phase 1 of this year-long program will include newly designated Fire Lanes and No Parking Zones mandated by the County Fire Marshal. Work begins this week and will take effect by November 21st. The Religious Items Store, hosted by the Ladies of Charity, is open this Sunday, November 16 after the 12 noon Mass. Featured items include Christmas story books and activity books for kids, Christmas ornaments and Advent calendars, and so much more! Adult parishioners and parish friends are cordially invited to this year's Communion Breakfast on Sunday, November 2, 2025 in Caulfield Hall, after the 10am Mass. Our guest speaker will be Mr. Jim Lindsay, former CEO of Christ House, a 24-7 medical respite facility for men experiencing homelessness in Washington, DC. The Little Bethlehem Christian Group will be present after all Masses the weekend of October 11 and 12. Little Bethlehem is a group that represents 200 Christian families who live in Bethlehem and make their living as wood carvers. They offer religious items, carved from the olive wood of the Holy Land, to support and help fund the Christian presence in the Holy Land. For more information, visit www.little-bethlehem.org. The Parish Men’s Ministry will be hosting its annual Men’s Retreat on Sunday, October 12 starting at 12pm. Please register to attend, on or before October 8. Click here for more details.
